Open invitation to QA Testers/Analysts or individual researchers to review Indianmesh and associated platforms and aware us of any potential security error you find. Help us make our platforms safer for the end-users and we would appreciate your efforts with suitable rewards.

You are expected to:

  • bullet Report the error by writing to us directly at contactus@indianmesh.com without making the information public. We will review and confirm the error within 72 hours of the submission.
  • bullet Keep the information related to your finding confidential between us and until our development team has resolved the issue.
  • bullet Do not violate any privacy terms as it may result in impairment of user experience, interruption to production systems and disfigurement of data during security testing.
  • bullet Adherence to the mentioned rules ensures the following at our end:

    • >> Suitable reward for your vigilance and efforts. (The reward depends upon the nature of the reported bug).

    >> Recognize your contribution in regard to Indianmesh's security with an acknowledgement certificate from Indianmesh Pvt. Ltd.

    >> Coordinate with you to analyze and resolve the error.

    >> No kind of legal action in relation to your research.

If you find any kind of security vulnerability in any of our platforms, please report us the same by writing to contactus@indianmesh.com.

Please include the following details in your report:

  • bullet Location description along with the prospective impact of the vulnerability.
  • bullet A step-by-step description of the resolution to reproduce the vulnerability. You can include POC scripts, compressed screen captures and screenshots or anything that you could be helpful.
  • bullet Your name/profile handle and a link for the purpose of recognition.

We expect you to adhere to the following terms of reporting:

  • bullet Do not indulge in any kind of privacy violations and do not disrupt our regular services.
  • bullet The vulnerability bug must be original and previously unreported. The researcher who reports the bug first will be considered for the reward.
  • bullet Indianmesh Pvt. Ltd. employees, their family members, relatives and Indianmesh Pvt. Ltd. business partners, associates, alliances and clients are not eligible for Indianmesh Bug Bonus Program.
  • bullet Indianmesh Pvt. Ltd. holds the right to change or cancel the clauses of the program at any time.
  • bullet Consideration for other bugs with serious security inferences will be on case-to-case basis.
